Staff Reporter Jagatsingpur : Office of the district judge jagatsingpur is going to recruit 10 persons for the post of Junior Clerk -cum-copyist and Junior - Typist:
POST:- Junior Clerk-cum- Copyist.
NUMBER OF VACANCY : 08 (UR-04, UR-W- 03, SEBC : 01)
Education ; Candidates who have passed 12th standard examination from any recognised Board/ Council are eligible for the post .
Scale of pay is : Rs 5,200/- 20,200 with grade pay of Rs 1900/-
Selection : will be made on the basis of written test followed by computer Science test and viva- voce. the Written test will consist of English Arithmetic and general knowledge carrying 100 marks for each subject. Qualified candidates will be called for computer Test (Practical) Carrying 100 marks. Selected candidates will have to appear for vivi-voce of 45 marks.
POST- Junior Typist
Number of Vacancy : 02 (UR:01, UR- W : 01)
Education ; Candidates who have passed 12th standard examination from any recognised Board/ Council are eligible for the post . in addition to this qualification candidates should have typing speed of at least 40 w.p.m in English,
Scale of pay is : Rs 5,200/ - 20,200 /- with Grade pay of Rs 1,900/-
Selection : will be made on the basis of Written test followed by practical typewriting test. computer science (practical) Test & viva-voce The written test of 100 marks will consist of question on English. The duration of the written Test will be 2 hours. qualified candidates in written test, will have to appear for typing test carrying 50 marks followed by computer science (Practical ) test of 100 marks & viva-voce of 35 marks . candidate will have to bring his/ her own typewriter Machine at the time of appearing for the typewriting test.
FOR BOTH POST:
candidates should have passed Diploma Course in Computer application from any recongnised institute. Candidates must have speaking reading & writing proficiency in Odiya language and should have passed test in odiya language equivalent to middle English standard. Candidates should also possess good character sound health good physique and should be free from any organic defect or bodily infirmity which is likely to interfere the efficient performance on the duties. Age should between 18 and 32 years as on 14.11.2017. candidates belonging to reserved category of odisha will get relaxation in age as per the govt Rules. the date time & venue of the test & interview will be intimated in due course.

- 2 copies of attested passport size recent photographs (1 copy to be affixed on the top right hand box of the application form & other copy to be enclosed )
- 2 self-addressed envelopes with postage stamp of Rs-5/ on each
- self-attested photostat copies of all certificates & mark sheets in support of date of birth , education qualification, diploma in computer application, typewriting course in english (for the post junior typist)
- caste (for sc/st/sebc) disability (for physically challenged candidates) discharge ( for Ex- serviceman)
- 2 self -attested photostat copies of character certificate issuled by 2 gazetted officers /medical practitioners / sarpanch
- self - attested photostat copy of valid employment exchange registration card (if any)
- Treasury challan of Rs 100/- as application fee, under the head of Account 0070- other administrative services - 01 - administration of justice 51 - service and service fees -9904650- Law department - 9916730 examination fees for recruitment conducted by Orissa District and Subordinate Courts . No application fee is required for SC//ST candidates of odisha.
